Genre: Horror
1: Only one entry per deviant - MUST BE PROSE (short stories) and must be new, cannot be a deviation already submitted to DA. Open to members and non-members!
2: First prize: Winners package from
Second prize: A literature or art request, it's the winners choice
Third prize: Featured in the groups/my journal entry for a month!
(NOTE: There will be 1st 2nd and 3rd places DEPENDING ON HOW MANY ENTRIES THERE ARE. All places (1st-3rd) will be promoted in a journal entry.)

Hey Guys!
Hey guys. This is the new co-founder tjnaya and i'm sorry i haven't been on lately to start a new contest, but it gets really busy during the school year. But i do have a new idea for a contest and i just want to know if you guys and gals will be interested.
Since the school year is so busy i want to create a contest where people submit their writings from school! Poems, Essays, Stories whatever! and we would have the competition last all school year. the contest would start in January and end in like mid-July, giving people enough time to submit their entries.
We would have 3 different contests for each category: Poems, Essays, and Poems.

So I've decided to leave Deviantart as I now have a professional website but don't worry - I've found someone to run the group.

Closing the group
So I'm thinking of either closing the group or turning it over to someone else to run, I just don't have the time with uni to check Deviantart frequently.
Thoughts? Or do any of you want to run it?
